代表該企業於該地址之設施已確實於美國FDA官網進行設施註冊(FFR註冊)並核發註冊號碼，有資格在產品符合FDA法規規範下，出口美國。
This certificate affirms that the above stated facility is registered with the U.S. F DA pursuant to section 305 of the U.S. Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002,P.L. 107-188, such registration having been verified as effective by SCG, Ltd. Co..

※樞紐核發此證書之有效條件(Conditions for the Validity of this Certificate)：
須同時符合以下三項條件 (Three elements need to be met the same time)
1.企業設施委任樞紐在有效期內。The consignment is effective.
2.企業設施地址未變更(與證書資訊相同)。The facility address is the same.
3.企業設施名稱未變更(與證書資訊相同)。The facility name is the same.
