Overview ：
1. Under the Administrative Measures for Safety Review of New Food Raw Materials (NHFPC Order No. 1) released in 2013, companies shall submit new food raw materials registration to the National Health Commission (NHC) in Mainland China. Only after the new food raw materials have passed the safety review by the NHC, can they be used in food production in Mainland China.
2. Under the Administrative Measures on New Food Additives (MoH Order No. 73) released in 2010, companies shall submit new food additive registration to the National Health Commission (NHC) in China. Only after the new food additive has passed the safety review by the NHC, can it be used in food production in Mainland China.
