1.　Under the Administrative Measure on Product Formula Registration of Infant Formula Milk Powder (CFDA Order No. 26) released in 2016, companies shall submit registration of imported infant formula milk powder to the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR).
2.　Under the Administrative Measures for Registration of Food for Special Medical Purposes (CFDA Order No. 24) released in 2016, companies shall submit Food for Special Medical Purposes (FSMP) registration to State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR).
3.　Under the revised Administrative Measure on Health Food Registration and Filing (CFDA Order No. 22) issued in 2020, manufacturers or sellers who plan to place health foods on the Chinese market shall apply for and obtain a health food registration certificate or filing certificate.
