E-commerce is getting popular and powerful all over the world. This can help the little companies to set up business easily. Not to mention that China is the largest market in terms of e-commerce. For example, unqualified imported foods list announced by AQSIQ, several famous brands were also on the list even via e-commerce due to non-registration requirements, like illegal composition/unclear label/illegal claims. Another example is the advertisement violation list, 44% (the highest category) is from e-commerce system.
Actually, the regulation requirements for certain products are the same philosophy for all different countries. We all need to face the legal requirements asked by CFDA on these product categories.
