EU authorities/EFSA Food Contact Materials

Overview ：Regulation (EU) 10/2011: This is a safety regulation for plastic materials and articles that come into contact with food in the European Union. Only authorized substances that are listed in Annex I of the Regulation can be used to make plastic food contact materials.

Business Challenges ：If your customer ask you to provide scientific document that to prove your materials are compliant with the regulations published by the authorities, you can either apply official authorized substances application to EFSA or have a third-party professionals to provide the Declaration of Compliance for your materials.
